Almeida’s Ashiyana is a family owned Resort, based in the heart of malvan city, Devbagh Aashiyana is beautifully designed in view to our old project based in Madh – Island Mumbai.
Our Resort
Aashiyana is couched on the majestic, mesmerizing beach surrounded with many coconut trees, seagulls floating on the sea waves, white rocks in the sea, boats around fishing & if you one lucky, you can view dolphins (porpoise) right from your lush beds. Currently Aashiyana offers 4 guest rooms along with all the necessary amenities adapted to our vacations needs. The rooms are spacious and the beach can be viewed from your lush beds.
The secret of might beauty in Aashiyana is to open the the bedroom curtains and view the beauty of God’s love from the sea is the heaven above. During the time of moon setting below the horizon, i.e. towards the sea, you can see the moon light on the sea waves small fishing boats around and the beautiful coconut trees. This natural nature’s painting rooms your exuberance.
Our wulf yard is designed for your sit – outs, barbeque, parties, events on maybe just a candle light dinner.
Malvan and Over all :-
Malvan is well known for sindhudurg fort, Rock Garden, Wholesale fish auction on the beach, etc. It is also famous for sea food and it is worth tasting. you get authentic homemade malvani masala to spice up your food. Malvan’s another major attention in the long shetch of beach connected to tarkarli and devbagh beach which ends at sangam where the river and the sea meets. Devbagh is famous famous for it water sports activities, which includes scuba diving, parasailing, angling (fishing, ), etc. Devbagh is also famous for back waters, tsunami Island, Golden rock, dolphin (Porpoise) trips, etc. tourist visit these places from Oct -May.

Railway travelling is the most comfortable & fastest journey. you can alight at kudal station & it is about 34 kms is devbagh beach. To reach Devbagh beach . you can the stale transport bus on private auto / Taxi. Konkan railways and many other trains stop at kudal station.
